Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Wearlo account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Wearlo and sign in.
Go to Settings (bottom tab).
Under About, tap Delete your account & data.
Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Delete by email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@getwearlotry.com with the subject “Delete my Wearlo account” from the email address you signed up with. We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, name, sign-in method)
Your credit balance and purchase history records
Your job history and analytics events
Any photos still on our servers (input photos are already deleted right after each generation, and results after 24 hours at most)

What is kept

Images saved on your own phone are yours and are unaffected — delete the app to remove them.
Store payment records are retained by Google Play / the App Store under their own policies; we keep no card details either way.
