Delete Your Account
Wearlo — com.wearlo.app, by Akash Modak · Last updated: 5 November 2026
You can permanently delete your Wearlo account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Wearlo and sign in.
- Go to Settings (bottom tab).
- Under About, tap Delete your account & data.
- Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app, email contact@getwearlotry.com with the subject “Delete my Wearlo account” from the email address you signed up with. We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, profile picture link, sign-in method)
- Your credit balance, credit history and our records of your credit-pack purchases
- Your try-on history and notification settings, including your device’s push token
- Feedback and bug reports you sent, including the email you allowed us to reply to
- Any photos still on our servers (input photos are already deleted right after each generation, and results after 24 hours at most)
What is kept
- Images saved on your own phone are yours and are unaffected — delete the app to remove them.
- Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of your purchases under their policies; we never hold card details.
- A record of any Wearlo Pro subscription (the store’s subscription identifier, status and dates), without the link to your account, so the same subscription can never be credited twice through a new account and a later renewal or refund from the store is handled correctly. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play or your Apple ID settings first.
- Content reports you filed about generated images, and usage analytics, with the link to your account removed.
- A keyed hash of your Google or Apple account id, for 365 days from the deletion. It is not the id itself, your email or your name, and it exists so the free signup credits are given once per Google or Apple account: signing in again within 365 days creates a fresh account without them, and deleting that account restarts the 365 days.
- From 1 December 2026, a keyed hash of the network address the account was created from, for 90 days from the sign-up. It is not the address itself, and it exists so that accounts created and deleted in bulk to collect free credits can still be noticed.
- Keyed hashes of your paid order numbers, for the same 365 days, so that a Google Play refund or chargeback of one of those orders arriving after the deletion can still be matched. If such a refund concerns credits you had already spent, the number of credits owed is kept with the hash, and an account you create later with the same Google or Apple account repays it from its free credits (signup bonus, daily top-up, promotions), never from credits you buy.
