Privacy Policy

Wearlo (“we”, “us”) is an AI virtual try-on app operated from India. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and — most importantly — what happens to your photos.

Your photos are transient

• The photo of you and the outfit photo are uploaded only when you start a try-on, extraction or edit.
• Both input photos are deleted from our servers immediately after the AI finishes processing your request.
• The generated result is kept for up to 24 hours so the app can download it to your phone, then it is automatically deleted. Your saved looks exist only on your device.
• We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never sell or share them with advertisers.

Information we store

• Account data: your email address, display name, and sign-in method (email, Google or Apple).
• Usage data: your credit balance, a history of jobs you ran (dates and status only — not the images), and basic analytics events that help us fix problems.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by Google Play (on Android) or the App Store (on iOS). We store only the store's transaction reference and the credits purchased; we never see or store your card number or billing details.

AI processing

To generate a try-on, your images are sent to an AI inference provider (such as fal.ai or Hugging Face) for the duration of the generation only. These providers process the images to produce your result and are not permitted to use them for any other purpose.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we use your device's push token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) solely to tell you when a try-on is ready.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account, credit history and any remaining server-side data. Because your looks are stored on your phone, deleting the app deletes them too. If you can no longer access the app, follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Children

Wearlo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, notify you in the app.
