By using the Wearlo app or website you agree to these terms.

The service

Wearlo generates AI images that show outfits on your photos. Results are AI-generated previews — garment fit, colour and detail may differ from the real product. Wearlo is not affiliated with any clothing brand or store whose products you try on.

Your content

You must own or have the right to use every photo you upload.
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful or explicit content, and do not use Wearlo to create misleading images of other people.
Never attempt to generate nude, sexual or otherwise exploitative imagery — especially of minors. Such attempts are blocked, logged, and lead to an immediate permanent ban and, where required, a report to the authorities.
Every generated image can be reported from inside the app; our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
You keep all rights to your photos and to the results generated from them.

Credits and payments

Try-ons and edits consume credits. New accounts receive free credits to start.
Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Google Play (on Android) or the App Store (on iOS). Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of generations, or attempts to overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

Wearlo relies on third-party AI providers and is offered “as is”, without warranties. We work to keep the service fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Wearlo after a change means you accept it.
